Refund Policy

1. Before Processing Begins

If you cancel your order before we have begun preparing your reservation or policy, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fee shown at checkout.

2. After Processing Has Started

Once we have begun preparing your reservation or policy with a supplier or provider, a partial refund may apply depending on work already completed. This will be communicated to you at the time of your cancellation request.

3. After Document Delivery

Once your final document has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable, except where the document contains an error caused by us, in which case we will correct and redeliver it at no additional cost, or issue an appropriate refund.

4. Travel Insurance Policies

Refunds for travel insurance policies are subject to the issuing insurer's own cancellation terms, which are provided with your policy document.

5. How to Request a Refund
