1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Al Tajir Dummy Tickets website and services, operated by Al Tajir Dummy Tickets. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Al Tajir Dummy Tickets provides flight reservation documents, onward-travel documents and travel insurance arrangement services. A flight reservation or itinerary is a document showing a planned travel itinerary and is not a paid, boarding-valid airline ticket unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee that any airline, consulate, embassy, VFS centre, BLS centre or immigration authority will accept a document we provide or approve any related application.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown at the time of booking and are calculated on our servers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Document Delivery

Documents are delivered by email and made available through your secure order status page once processed. Delivery timeframes depend on the validity package selected at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of your order at the time of the request. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance policies are underwritten and administered by our insurance provider partners. Coverage terms, exclusions and claims processes are governed by the insurer's own policy wording, provided to you with your policy document.

7. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger, contact and travel information. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Al Tajir Dummy Tickets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including visa refusals, denied boarding, or missed appointments, arising from the use of our documents or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
